Wake-up portal

Soon there will be a long-awaited news for everyone who works in hotels - the Wake-up Portal. With this addition to Extend  hotels will finally receive notifications easily when their guests have not answered wake-ups. This can otherwise be a costly history for hotels as the hotel can become financially responsible for, for example, flight crew who ordered wake-ups through the hotel and have not been awakened by the automatic wake-up call. With the wake-up portal, you get all the wake-ups collected on a website and notation via email when a guest has not responded to the wake-up call.

We are opening up the API:s in our Presence Service.

The demands on presence data in applications are rising and to meet these high demands we opened up the possibility for developers to work directly against our presence service.

Eniro

Eniro

It has come to our knowledge that the service we use at Eniro for the lookup in the operator application had a limit of 10 000 lookups per month. This meant that the service stopped working. We have now rebuilt and all customers using Eniro in the operator will need to create a personal profile with a unique key to get the service to work. The profile and the key is created at Eniro and is free of charge.

By using the Presence Service you can get status information on the users mobile phone directly in the operator application and TellusWeb if you are using Telia in Denmark or Norway.

In this video we will meet Urban, a customer that cannot reach his sales contact for several weeks. One day he decides to call the company's switchboard to try and figure out why his contact is unreachable. The switchboard operator does everything she can to help Urban, the now much irritated customer.
